What do you sell?
We deal in digital downloadable content, i.e. ebooks in various formats; and, we sell manuscript conversion services. Please refer to the relevant cancellation and returns policies below.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
- Digital eBook Store: All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, if you receive a faulty download, we will gladly replace it. You have 14 calendar days to request a replacement from the date of purchase.
- Manuscript Conversion Service: If you change your mind, please contact me immediately. If your cancellation is received prior to work commencing on your manuscript, you will receive a full refund. If work has commenced, you may get a partial or no refund (depending on the amount of work completed).
If you receive a faulty conversion, we will gladly fix the issue and resend the item to you. Please notify us within 30 calendar days.
How do I get my faulty download or conversion replaced/fixed?
Faulty downloads are rare, but if you do receive an ebook download that is faulty, we will certainly replace it for you. The same applies to faulty manuscript conversions. All we need is proof of payment and the details of the fault to be emailed to us via the Contact page.
Upon receipt of your email, we will endeavour to process the replacement request within 36 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow for time zone differences.
