We deal in digital downloadable content, i.e. ebooks in various formats.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, if you receive a faulty download, we will gladly replace it.
You have 30 calendar days to request a replacement from the date you received it.
How do I get my faulty download replaced?
Faulty downloads are rare, but if you do receive a download that is faulty, we will certainly replace it for you. All we need is proof of payment and the details of the fault to be emailed to us via the Contact page.
Upon receipt of your email, we will endeavour to process the replacement request within 24 hours (please allow for time zone differences).
