    Sorry to hear about Peppi. I remember putting our dog down. It was hard even though we knew it was the right thing. Pets become part of the family and it can be as hard to lose them.

    Our cats are both 8 years old. One has a heart condition and will likely go well before the other. When the time comes, it will be hard. Even though we know its coming and will be the right thing.

    My parents took in a stray a few years back and his name is Peppi as well.
