Online Marketing
You’ve seen the banners for a week or so now, so I think it’s time to tell you what I’m up to. Speculative Realm will need some heavy marketing later in the year, when the anthology is published, so I’ve decided to learn about marketing, because I want to see sales for the anthology be worthy of the stories that will be included within the front and back cover.
ClixGalore, it’s free to join and offers a lifetime commission. - I’ve been messing around at their website for two or three weeks and can see that it would be an ideal way of getting the word out, at a low cost. It’s also possible for webmasters to earn an income. In other words, you can be a buyer or a seller and be a winner either way (or both ways, if you want).
Anyway, back to this website. I refuse to turn this website commercial; however, I have placed a few “targeted” banners in the sidebar. All, but one, of the banners are book related. I hate seeing dozens of flashing banners; it’s distracting and uncouth, in my opinion. Although I may change the banners already on the site, there will never be any more banners placed on this blog than what you already see today. That’s a promise.
