During the edit/rewrite mode you will need to check word useage. Have you used the best word? Is the grammar correct? A friend shared the following link, and now I’m going to do the same thing. The list is extensive and I’m sure you’ll find the contents helpful.

We all need help with grammar when writing and sometimes it’s difficult to know what a person is talking about when they are trying to explain what a term means. This site provides a Glossary of Grammatical and Rhetorical Terms which may be useful.

This is an area I know a lot of people have difficulties with. I’ve seen a lot of mistakes made where writers are not sure where to put a comma or full stop. Here is an example of the correct way to use them:
“I meet a wizard today,” Sam announced.
“Sam, you’re nuts!” Peter replied. “Wizards [...]
