Might Go Offline
The Fatal Error messages are still happening, so I have to do something. This weekend, my host is upgrading the control panel to the latest version and when that happens all existing accounts will have their storage space doubled. Yay!
If that doesn’t fix the problem, I will upgrade Wordpress to the latest version also. If the problem still persists, then I think the problem is the actual database and I will have no choice but to create a new database and move this blog.
Due to the problem I’m having I’m unable to do a backup, but I’m hoping the new control panel will give me an alternate way of doing that. The last backup I have is dated 18 August. I haven’t posted excessively, so I can easily copy and paste the posts made since that date (if needed). Once all data is successfully moved, the old database will be deleted.
If you have problems accessing the site in the next 48 hours or so, you can safely assume I’m in the middle of trying to fix the problem. With luck, nothing major will go wrong and by Monday the site will be back to normal.

Good luck with the upgrade and technical stuff. That’s never easy and something you never expected to go wrong always does.
Good luck with the fix. As I’m with the same host, I hope the upgrade doesn’t mess with us too much.
Well, the upgrade took longer than I expected and the website has only just come back online. I’m not sure if the problem has been fixed, but this comment is one way to find out (I think).
The problem has not been fixed, which means I have to create a new database. *sigh*
